Walk Thru for Gulf Bearing
A walk thru was conducted on November 2, 1995 on the above
referenced project. The following items were found to be
deficient.
Fire vault needs to be inspected after the water is turned
Main line water valve is missing near manhole construction.
Check southwest hydrant after pour.
Flush manhole on property is standing %" in water invert.
