The following are the procedures for the production of concrete for this portable concrete plant:
1) Raw material is delivered to the site by trucks.
2) Material is stored in stockpiles or silos.
3) Stockpiled material is carried to the plant by wheel loaders.
4) Dust emissions from this operation are controlled by water sprinkling.
5) Silo stored material is carried to the weigh hoppers by enclosed augers. Dust emission
from this operation is controlled by venting to the central bag house.
6) Weighed material and water are discharged into the central mixing drum and thoroughly
mixed. Dust emissions from this operation are controlled by venting to central bag house.
7) Mixed material is discharged into open top dump trucks.
8) Dump trucks deliver the material to the spreader.
Should you require additional information, please feel free to call me.
Sincerely,
Benjamin Young
