Need (2) extensions on valves off 12" main on Royal Ln.
Dom. DC needs plugs on ball valves on 2" DC.
Irt. DC needs plugs on ball valves on 2" DC.
~ Irrigation meter can raise to curb high and replace box with large meter, can on 2"
DC.
Dom. Cut off valve reset valve stack so it can be cut off.
J6. F'lrst manhole in parking lot south side of building needs pipe from building grouted
inside maldlole.
Replace blue button for 2~ F.H. south of building.
Main line valve S.E. of building needs 4' extension.
F.H. valve S.E. of building needs 4' extension.
F.H.N.E. of building needs dirt removed from F.H.
Vault N.W. of building needs dirt removed so will drain away from vault-not inside.
Raise valve stack and place.p_~a~ on valve stack to vault at 440 Royal.
Repaint yellow F.H. located at Royal and repair leak & mark on curb ~ in red.
