Mockingbird Road Closure
At the October 24, 2000 City Council meeting, staff presented inform
of the Sandy Lake Road / Mockingbird intersection. To date there
several near misses at the intersection. The safety concerns are: the la,
motorists on Sandy Lake Road to see vehicles entering from Moc
Mockingbird being able to see on-coming traffic on Sandy Lake Road.
The contractor has stated that he will begin paving again during the f
all goes as planned, the eastbound paving will be completed from S~
prior to Thanksgiving. This will allow the contractor to transfer easl
Sandy Lake Road section to the new paved Sandy Lake Road section
