~Walk Through - Huntington Ridge
The following items were found to be deficient in our recent walk
through:
1. Backer Rod exposed at end of Kingsridge approach to Denton
Tap.
2. Both paver bands need additional sand worked in.
3. Pipe to inlet box connections need to be grouted smooth.
4. Storm drain lid (Kingsridge) has city of Plano written on
it.
5. Backer rod @ Centerline 30' east of Diamond exposed.
6. Check all joints particularly on Kingsridge for concrete
chips in joints - remove and reseal.
7. Backer rod exposed in west curb of Black Oak near/across
from alley approach.
8. Alley - Corner of panel broken @ construction joints @
Diamond Ridge.
9. Concrete chips in curb - Clover Meadow, north side near
Diamond.
10. Backer exposed - Black Oak south of alley.
11. Mud ball hole(s) in Black Oak north end.
12. Street finish on Black Oak - unacceptable.
13. Check all storm drain box approach curb seals.
14. Finish sealing - six saw joints in Black Oak north alley.
15. Random crack south side of Ridgewood approach to Denton Tap.
Please make sure the contractor(s) receives a copy of this list
in order to ensure that these issues are addressed.
