Wastewater Impact (city) 1 - 5/8" x 3/4" Domestic Meter/s = Total 1 ESU's ~ $450.00 ea = 1 ESU ' s 450.00 100% due prior to Council approval of the final plat. Water Tap Inspection Fee 1 Connections ~ $100.00 each = $ 100.o0 100% due prior to issuance of building permit for residential. (Or in the case of multi-family, commercial, retail, industrial, fee is due prior to issuance of meter). Sewer Tap Inspection Fee 1 Connections @ $100.00 each = $ 100.00 100% due prior to issuance of building permit. (Residential only) Development Fees Page 2 Utility Final Inspection Fee (All Development) 1 lots ~ $50.00/lot = $ 50.00 100% due prior to issuance of building permit. Water Meter Fee (Domestic) 1 - 5/8" x 3/4" Domestic Meters ~ 22.25 ea = $ 22.25 100% due prior to issuance of building permit for residential only. Ail other development fees are due prior to issuance of meter/s. Water Meter Deposit (Residential) 1 Meters ~ $30.00 ea = $ 30.00 100% due prior to issuance of building permit. Water Meter Deposit (Multi-F~m{ly or Non-Residential) Meters @ $35.00 ea = $ 100% due prior to issuance of water meters. Irrigation Meter Deposit Meters @ $35.00 ea = $ 100% due prior to issuance of water meters. Development Fees Page $ For those developments having preliminary plat approval prior to June 23, 1992 the following assessment is determined: Residential Lots at $150.00 each = $ units (Multi family) at $75.00 each = $ 50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer; prior to Council approval of final plat. 50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a building permit is issued. For those developments having preliminary plat approval after June 23, 1992 the following assessment is determined: Residential Lots at $350.00 each = $ Units (Multi-Family) at $350.00 each = $ 50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer prior to Council approval of final plat. 50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a building permit is issued. For those developments having preliminary plat approval after October 26, 1993 the following assessment is determined: 1 Residential Lots at $1,285.00 each = 5~ Units (Multi-Family) at $1,285.00 each = $ 100% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer prior to Council approval of final plat. Please advise the Developer of these fees and due dates. If you have any questions regarding these assessments please advise. Street Lighting Fee Shall be assessed and paid prior to final acceptance of project. Note: This fee cannot be assessed until after TU Electric submits the lighting plan for the proposed project. Once plan is submitted $292.60 per light will be assessed.
