At 3:00 p.m. on Thursday', April 8, 1999 while the City's storm

This gas main was recemly installed by the gas contractor, but
was aaid approxmmtel5 18 it:el deep and in conflict with the
Cit~,'s 30" water maht~ Doe to work required by Lone Star
Gas to repair this line, the City's contractor was held up and
unable to re-open Woodcrest Lane by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
W¢~rk should be completed by 4:00 p.m~ Friday~ April 9, 1999
and Woodcrest Lane re-open,ed.
