Walk thru for Park and Fly
A walk thru on the above referenced project was conducted on July
31, 1996 and the items below were found to be deficient.
Raise 8" meter about i 1/2 feet # 95661880
Need threaded brass fittings between meter and double check
valve. Also need meter box cleaned out.
Need a metal 55A meter can over backflow.
all meter boxes.
Need to pump out and clean bottom of vault.
F.H. on 16" main needs to be painted yellow.
at bonnett.
Raise both vault lids so it will not hold water
Show bypass.
Also clean out
Also leaking
in vaults.
