Dear Mr. Preusch:
In response to comments and issues raised in letters dated January 30, 1995 and March 14, 1995,
we are supplying you with the following information:
· A request to waive fees for this project has been made by separate letter. Dallas County
is awaiting a response from FEMA.
· Public notice regarding the proposed revised floodway is in progress. As soon as they
are available, affidavits of publication will be forwarded to your office.
· The proposed plan has been modified to eliminate the increase in base (100-year) flood
elevations. The modifications consist of revisions to the small swale just north of Beltline
Road and a refinement to the effective flow limits at cross section 89230. These changes
are reflected in Figure 4. Attached are revisions to Forms 1, 4, 5, 6, Tables 4A-5, 4A-7,
4A-8, 4A-9 and Appendices H, I and J.
· A copy of Ms. C. Jean Hansen's current P.E. registration card is also attached.
