Randy Fleming contacted me by phone on 2/21 to try to verbalize a
response to the memo made to Sanford Case concerning clean up and
repairs to Kimbell Kourt.
Randy explained the intent which was to my satisfaction, however,
I requested it to be in writing. The written statement should be
received shortly.
