Encroachment on Kimbell Kourt
Dear Ms. Bowman:
Attached is a sketch showing a proposed driveway parallel to
Kimbell Kourt, Just north of Sandy Lake Road. My client
desires to construct this driveway to provide for drive
through drop off and pick up service at the dry cleaners
located in the retail center.
As you can see there is not sufficient space to construct
this driveway on private property without encroaching the
public right of way for. Kimbell Kourt. The best information
I have at this time indicates the encroachment would be
approximately 3.0 feet. I have not been able to locate a set
of plans for the project to verify this. In order to avoid
unnecessary expense in field work to determine the exact
location of the property line and building prior to knowing
if a request of this nature would be considered, I would
appreciate your review of this and comments.
