Box 292848 Lewisville Texas 75029 RE: Sandy Lake Water Line Project No. ST93-02 Dear Sir or Madam: The City of Coppell recently began the reconstruction of Sandy Lake Road from MacArthur Blvd. to Denton Tap Road. Included in the reconstruction project is the relocation and improvement of a portion of a City 16" water main located along the north side of Sandy Lake Road. This line serves, among other things, several businesses and homes located on and along Sandy Lake Road. The first task in the improvement of this water main is the installation of a new valve just off of Sandy Lake Road near the eastern edge of Kimbel Court. This will take place Tuesday, January 26, 1999. The installation of the new valve will require the City to shut off water to a number of homes and businesses. To minimize the impact to those properties, the City has coordinated with the contractor such that the duration of the water shutoff will be as short as possible. We are notifying you so that you can plan for the water to your property to be shut off from 8 nm to 6 pm on Tuesday, January 26~ 1999. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
