Dear Mr. Johnson:
I have reviewed the request for a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) dated June
1994, as prepared by Halff Associates, Inc. for Dallas County and the City of Dallas, Texas.
I have also met with Jean Hanson to discuss the particulars of the project. Based on the review
and that meeting, the City of Coppell supports the request for modification to the 100-year
floodplain and floodway to accommodate the proposed improvements to Sandy Lake Road,
including the downstream floodplain excavation within the Cities of Dallas and Carrollton.
