Elm Fork/Trinity River Bridge Hydraulic Study
Dear Mr. Tumulty:
I am forwarding to you with this letter a copy of the submittal reports for the Conditional Letter
of MAP Revision (CLOMR-FEMA) and the Corridor Development Certificate (CDC) for the,
above subject project. These reports are being submitted to you for your review and support
of the proposed improvements to Sandy Lake Road on the Elm Fork - Trinity River Bridge. A
sample or draft letter for your use to indicate your review and support of this request for
modifications of the 100 year flood plain and floodway for proposed improvement to Sandy Lake
Road is contained in the Appendix B of the CLOMR report.
Please arrange to have this letter retyped unto City letterhead, signed and the original returned
to Dallas County for our Consultants to incorporate into the report for submittal directly to
FEMA in Washington. We ask that you make every effort to review and handle this matter as
quickly as possible to hopefully avoid any new changes in the FEMA procedures.
