Dear Mr. Doyle:
Following our telephone conversation wi~h~your office in regards to the review of
the engineering designs for the propose~entucky Fried (.;n~c~ restaurant on Denton Tap Road, we
have the following response: ~ ~
Mr. Delacruz had asked that we state on the drawings that the 15-foot wide sanitary sewer easement Is
to be maintained by the owner. Attached are six (6) prints of Sheet 5 with said note added.
Mr. Delacruz requested details be included for the proposed grate inlet. Shown on this sheet are those
details needed to rebuild the inlet.
Note that the comments from Mr. Glnn made no mention of a problem with this design.
In addition, Mr. Delacruz had requested that a title sheet be included with the engineering drawings.

We believe that all other revisions and additions requested by the City have been made to the
drawings.
