Please fmd attached the revised plans and the City's red lines for the above referenced project as
per your comments in the letter dated November 10, 2005. Please note that all comments have
been addressed except in the Drainage Plan, C-6 paragraph, note #1. The owner is in the process
of obtaining bids to evaluate the additional cost associated with your recommendation. At this
point we would like to proceed with the plans as originally intended and as soon as the owner
completes the evaluation of the additional cost, we will inform the City of Coppell of the
changes for approval. If you have any question, please let me know.
