Re: Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurant

De,ar Mr. Doyle:
Following our telephone conversation with Benjamin Delacruz of your office in regards to the review of
the engineering designs for the proposed Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant on Denton Tap Road, we
have the following response:
Utility Plan (Sheet 5):
Mr. Delacruz had asked that we state on the drawings that the 15-foot wide sanitary sewer easement is
to be maintained by the owner. Attached are six (6) prints of Sheet 5 with said note added.
Gradino Plan (Sheet 7):
Mr. Delacruz requested details be included for the proposed grate inlet. Shown on this sheet are those
details needed to rebuild the inlet.
Note that the comments from Mr. Ginn made no mention of a problem with this design.
In addition, Mr. Delacruz had requested that a title sheet be included with the engineering drawings.
~-'~Nhereas these drawings are to be only a portion of the building plans for this project, therefore, no title
~heet was developed. Also, no requirement for a title sheet was made during the Development Review

We believe that all other revisions and additions requested by the City have been made to the
