Walk thru for Krogers on Sandy Lake Rd.
A walk thru on the above referenced project was conducted on July
23, 1996 and the items below were found to be deficient.
I. MacArthur North Driveway
Ae
The curb on the northside of MacArthur's north
driveway at Pavers ADA needs to be repaired.
South side at the curb return the curb
spalled - also seal return.
Rout and seal cracks from both paver bands.
II. Right Turn Lane on the Southern Most Drive on Ma~Arthur
Ce
Seal all curb saw cuts
Rout and seal cracks on the north and south ends of
the paver band.
Rout and seal crack on the center line of the drive
Seal all saw joints on the project
Repair all loose and/or damaged white buttons. Also
replace any missing white buttons.
Northbound ~ac~rthu~ Left Turn Lane
Rout and seal at new concrete to exisiting concrete
and curbs.
Rout and seal random cracks south of the manhole for
24" cross tow~ and randum cracks off of the cut out
for the manhole.
IV. Sandy Lake East Driveway
Ae
Place safe hit posts on each side marking culvert or
head wall.
Rout and seal random crack east of the center line
pavers.
Rout and seal between asphalt and concrete along
Sandy Lake.
Vo
Sandy Lake West Driveway
A. Finish radius on the west end of the driveway.
B. Rout and seal between the asphalt and the concrete
along Sandy Lake.
C. Will pavement markings be placed on this drive?
