6. Lot 4 Block C
7. Lot 22 Block F
8. Lot 21 Block F
9. Lot 6 Block F
10. Lot 12 Block G
11. Lot 2 Block F
Lot clean out needs adjusted to fit C/T
12. Lot 10/11 Block F
adapter.
Chimney seal not in properly.
Meter setter too high.
Existing manhole reset rings and grout.
Clean out needs plug.
~in line valve - cannot locate.
Replace meter can.
Chimney seal adjusted to seal to ring.
Lot clean out needs pad.
Reset lot clean out and repour pad.
Need pad on clean out and meter setter
leaking.
Main line clean outs need plug.
13. Manhole at village Parkway and Burns Crossing needs chimney seal
and top half of pipe cut out in invert.
14. Lot i Block C Uncover valves at hydrant & make sure
pads are there.
15. Lot 6 on Village Pkwy. Uncover valves at hydrant & make sure
pads are there.
16. Need to check lateral clean out.
17. Ring needs reset & grouted.
18. Fire hydrant needs a new 2}" ear.
