Dear Russell,
As per our conversation on Tuesday, July 13, 1989, concerning the 10' recess
inlet that sits in the middle of our proposed approach on the proposed Kentucky
Fried Chicken on Denton Tap Road. per your suggestion, ! contacted John C.
Karlsruner with Glnn, !nc. and he stated at this time he did not see a problem
with replacing the 10' recessed inlet with a triple grate inlet in the same
location. He also suggested ! contact Public Works Director, Steve Goram.
On Wednesday, July 14, 1989, I spoke with Mr. Goram in regards to the triple
grate replacement .and he al~o said he did not see any problem at this time.
So at this time, we are resubmitting our paving and grading plans with the
triple grate replacement for your review. If you have any question please feel
free to give me a call.
