1) Indicate cnrrent zoning of the site.
2) Provide current zoning of property located within 200 feet of the site
3) Show and label lots in relationship to MacArthur Blvd and Sandy Lake Rd.
4) Present parking area and number of parking spaces. How will parent pick-up and drop-off
be handled? Please flemish circulation pattern.
5) Label corner clip.
6) Show the name of the bnsiness on the site plan.
7) Show landscape of edge treatment ahmg Sandy D.~ke Rd. which conforms to streetscape plan.
8) Show site plan's proposed use, ingress/egress, landscape, circalation, signage, etc.
9) Topography needs to be shown on fi~ce of the plat.
10) There is a question regarding ownership/lot confignration of area between Lot 2 and Lot 3A -- this
area can not be developed and needs to be included in one lot or the other.
11) Aller reviewing staff recomlnendations provided tit the DRC meeting, submit twenty-six (26)
folded copies, three (3) reduced paper copies and one (1) transparency of each exhibit to the
Planning Department prior to noon, Tuesday Angust 9, 1994.
