Our firm has reviewed the above plat and construction plans.
We have no objection to this item being placed on the July 18
Planning and Zoning Commission agenda for approval, we have
requested that the final plat include two 10' x 200'
dedications at the Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur Boulevard
intersection - the approved item should include this
dedication.
A list of fees and assessments for this project has been
previously submitted.
