With Kentucky Fried Chicken's proposal to install a new
Restaurant within the Sandy Lake Crossing Development, we have
reviewed our plans for this area of Coppell. Attached is a print
indicating our current master plan for this development. At
present, there is an existing overhead feeder circuit crossing
this property. In previous meetings with Mr. R.?. Ardinger, the
owner of Sandy Lake Crossing, we have discussed relocating this
feeder as development of his property requires this work. In
providing service at this time to Kentucky Fried Chicken, it is
necessary to re-route a small section of this feeder to Kentucky
Fried Chicken's South property line.
Our overall plan for this area of Coppell is to keep the
intersection of Denton Tap and Sandy Lake Roads free from
overhead facilities. The master plan for this development complies
with this overall plan.
