Howell and Bullock Drainage and Paving Improvements

Based on my inspection of this project and discussions with the
contractor, the drainage improvements should be completed byweek's
end and the paving replacements should b%~mplete by 6/26/92 along
with the hydromulching. Next status 6/~9/92.
