Dear Mr. Griffin:
As requested, our utility subcontractor, M-Co Construction, has submitted pricing for extending
roof drains and yard/french drains into the proposed or existing storm sewer system. They have
proposed that the following items and prices be established to pay for this type of work, should it
become necessary:
extend drain lateral from property line to storm sewer
connect lateral into storm drain
install clean out at property line

EA $550.00 per EA
EA $300.00 per EA
