Dear Mr. Griffin:
As you are aware the existing storm sewer junction structure shown at STA 55+39.37 Lt. is
actually closer to the proposed roadway centerline than is shown on the plans. As a result, the
proposed 21" storm sewer lines to the east and west of Moore Road will need to be connected
into the existing 66" storm sewer. As requested, our utility subcontractor, M-Co Construction,
has submitted pricing for those field connections. Our price for each of the two pipe to pipe
connections is $825.00. Please add an additional two calendar days to the project's duration for
this work.
