Walk-thru Dividend Dr. (PID)
Locate (MI.V) at Freeport & Dividend Dr.
Paint all 1VILV in blue on curb.
Raise valve to 4' from top of ground (with valve extn.).
Place blue buttons in street at all F.H. '
Paint on curb (FAt.) & (FHV) in red.
Paint all (MLV) valve stack lids blue.
F'wst f'we plug leaking at base.
Second and third F.H. need new pad.
MLV stub off & replace pad.
Clean out dirt in valve stack to work valve.
Mace dirt under valve pad at last F.H. & MLV.
First manhole mls~g chimney seal.
Mark all manholes with (MH) on curb in red.
Replace rain pan in last manhole.
Clean dirt around last manhole.
No drop in main under Freeport Dr. City Line holding sewer in fa, st manhole on
Dividend Dr.
