Chris,
I need for you to confirm (2) items regarding the irrigation in the center median of Denton Tap Road that
has been affected by the Creme de la Creme project.
1) I need to make sure that the irrigation sleeves you installed under the median cut do not stop at the
back of curb, they need to extend past the stamped concrete that your about to pour on the median
noses.
2) The irrigation repairs to the median need to be completed no later than 5-27-05. If the repairs are not
completed by this time, Workman Commercial will be responsible for any lost plant matedal including
bermuda sod & trees.
