Lakewood Estates Asbuilts (Tickler 9/14/93)
During the last two contacts I've had with Doug Stevens regarding
the status of this project, he advised that the Engineering
Department is still awaiting these plans and that he will forward
them to us as soon as possible.
I will continue to track this project and provide a status report

The Engineering Department is still awaiting the revised asbuilts
from the developer. A letter was sent to the developer from
Engineering advising them that the city still needs these plans.
(copy of letter is attached to tickler).
I will continue to contact Doug Stevens until the plans are
received.

A letter has been sent to the developer from our Engineering
staff requesting a final set of asbuilts for this development
before final acceptance can be made.
According to Doug Stevens, he continues to pursue this matter and
hopes to have plans within a week.

I spoke with Doug Stevens today and he advised that he has still
not received complete asbuilt plans for this project. He has the
maintenance bond but is holding it until the asbuilt plans are
received.
I will contact Doug again next Wednesday to get an update.

I spoke with Doug Stevens today to get a status on the asbuilt
plans and maintenance bonds for Lakewood Estates. He advised
that he is still waiting on the asbuilt plans. They were
submitted back to the developer for a correction.
I will contact Doug again the middle of next week to get a
status.

I spoke with Doug Stephens with Engineer~g this afternoon to get
a s%atus on the asbuilts and maintenance~onds for this
subdivision. Doug advised that the asbuilts had to be returned
for one minor correction, but the City has received the
maintenance bonds. He will be forwarding them both once
corrected asbuilts are received. He said he will call tomorrow
to get a status on corrected asbuilts.
In regard to the grading at fence for the pump station site,
will be getting with Larry Davis today to see if it was
completed.

The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been received from the contractor.
Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the date of this letter. Maturity on the Erosion
Control Bond will be two years from this letter.
