We are enclosing a copy of the City of Coppell development fee calculations for Lakewood
Estates for water impact fees associated with the irrigation meters.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $4,875.00 and
forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Assistant Finance Director, Finance Department, along with
a copy of the fee calculations by no later than December 18, 1992.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our offices. Copies of your receipts will help us
verity payment of the required fees for this project.
