We are in the process of preparing.the Final Plat and Engineering
Plans for the referenced addition (see attached print of
Preliminary Plat). Prior to the closing on this property, the
developer, Waymon Levell, President of JWL Investments, Inc. is
in need of a letter from you stating that adequate facilities are
available in the area to service these two tracts of land. This
letter is a requirement by the developer's lender and is needed
prior to his scheduled closing on June 29th.
