A (revised) Fee Assessment Letter August 16, 2001 Mr. Pittman: Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy of the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development. Please make payment for the Impact Fees to the City of Coppell in the amount of $19 125.00 and forward to the Engineering Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment table. This amount is a portion of the assessed fees that need to be paid prior to Council approval. Also provide a copy of the Engineer's estimate or contract to our office so the 2% & 4% construction inspection fee cnn be verified. The additional fees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need to be paid by separate check at the Public Works Service Center, 732 Deforest. Meters will be ordered when these fees are paid. Appropriate payment of the required fees will help insure a successful beginning of this project. We look forward to working with you on this project.
