Walk-thru Magnolia Village Retail Center
Need valve extension on MLV off Denton Tap - 2' extension.
Lock latch on top of vault lid and paint lid blue.
BaH valves plugs in vault (small).

2" DC needs plugs, 2 domestic & irrigation-clean meter can below pipe.
First flre hydrant needs 2' extension.
Mark FHV in red on curb at all fare hydrants.
Need street marker at aH fare hydrants-blue buttons.
Manhole needs rain pan and chimney seal.
Mark on curb in red MH for manhole and paint lid red.
Need letter from landscaper stating valves and manholes will not be covered.
For follow-up call Danny Hightower at 972-304-3545 when punch llst is completed.
