I have reviewed the documents provided regarding Mr. Hargrave's
request to abandon a certain section of easement. The North Heartz
Road pavement construction and associated utility work resulted in
a section of sanitary sewer being abandoned, and there is no need
to maintain the sanitary sewer easement.
