Re: Heartz Road/Easement/Dedication Documents
Dear Mr. Allen~
The above referenced nine (9) proposed easement documents have been
reviewed by the City Consultant, Ginn & Case, Inc., and the City's
legal counsel, as per the attached letters dated 12/6/90 and
11/30/90, respectively. Based on such review and comments, the
above referenced documents are not acceptable at this time and need
to be revised accordingly.
Please simplify the easement documents by using standard easement
document forms (blue border) for such dedications, and also modify
the wording of said documents to address the City's concerns, as
per the attached letters. Upon such modification, please forward
the revised documents to this office, as soon as possible, for
final review by Staff.
