Heartz Road Easements
city staff and our legal counsel on two occasions met to review the
easements submitted by Mr. Mike Allen concerning Heartz Road.
These easements are not typical and the wording is one-sided.
(Please note the attached letter from Mr. Bruce Stockard and letter
from Ginn, Inc. expressing concern regarding the language).
Staff will bring this item forward for City Council approval if it
is your desire. However, staff is presently attempting to set up
a meeting with our legal counsel and Mike Allen's legal counsel in
an attempt to resolve this matter.
Staff will provide you a status report by March 15, 1991.
