I received a response from Bruce Stockerd on 12/10/90, and Ginn,
Inc., on 11/30/90. (see attached) I also contacted Bill Anderson &
recommended that he use standard easement forms instead the
submitted detailed & wordy documents. Bill suggested that
Attorneys for the City of Coppell & Mike Alan discuss this issue.
I will follow - up on this with Bruce & will keep you informed.
