Lone Star Gas Company has established a damage prevention center f6r lit e
locations to assist you in complying with OSHA Rule 1926.651. This system was
implemented to assist in the protection of your employees, the general public and our
underground facilities.

We request at least 48 hours notice for non-emergency requests. The 48 hours will
not commence until 8:00 a.m. of the next business day on requests received after 5:00 p.m.,
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Normal business hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The
Center is staffed 24 hours a day to handle emergency requests. Emergency requests are
defined as unforeseen events that pose a threat to the general public or excavation necessary
to restore utilities.

No utilities shall parallel the gas line withfn the eaasment. Creasings

clasrenee beneath the pipeline.

of the pipeline.
Signs and light standers shall be considered on an individual basis,
and in no ca~e will they be permitted clot, er than 10 feet on eacl3 side
of tile pipeline.
