a claim is being made for our loss of $471.14.
A breakdown of the cost to repair damage to our 2" poly main located
at Post Oak and Oak Bend, Coppell, Texas on March 3, 1994, is as

Materials 96.90
Gas Loss 199.49
Total $ 471.14
