~1. Need 3' EXT's on MLV and FH valve.
c~21 Lot 2 - City clean-out, top needs reset.
· ~ Lot 3 - Wrench in bottom of City clean-out.
· '~ Place dirt around all clean-outs.
~5. Lot 4 - Replace pipe and top; concrete in bottom of pipe.
.~. All meter cans at curb high.
~. Check Lot 6 - PSI at meter.
