Dear Mr. Griffin:
Sverdmp is attempting to complete the design of the sanitary sewer and have discovered
through our review of City records and discussion with City Staff that a survey of the
topography and site plan of the pump station is required. Task 2 - Sanitary Sewer Design,
paragraph a "Assumptions", states "Any ground surveys are not included in this fee proposal."
Therefore, we are requesting that a survey be completed to provide Sverdmp with the required
topography map to include existing utilities and structures and a site plan of the pump station.
The field survey could be completed by either City surveyors or surveyors contracted to
complete survey work. If you desire, Sverdrup would be happy to provide these survey
services. Please provide us with written authorization and we will provide you with a fee
proposal to complete the survey work.
