On August 15, 2005 reinforcing steel was observed at the following locations:
Wet well east, south & west walls from EL 455.65 to approximately EL 445

The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Tommy, a representative of Canfer
Construction and also to the attention of Rick O'Dell of the City of Coppell:
1. Yx3' L-Bars at SE comer, elevation 455.65. Only 3'x2'6".
2. East wall was 3'-11/8" at elevation 455.65 instead of 3'2".
3. Diagonal bars around pipe in west wall missing.
4. No detail on how N-S beams shown in Sec. B, Page DS-1 should be tied into vertical walls, if at all.
Engineer please advise.
