In order to comply with the County's desire to move forward as proposed in your
letter dated April 24, 1998 we need the following information:

9. Based on Coppell's comments, the intersection at MacArthur and Sandy
Lake Road needs to incorporate right turn lanes at the northeast corner
and southeast corner. We need direction that the additonal right lanes
are required. These improvements involve lengthening the limits of the
South end of MacArthur, the design of new drainage structure, redesign of
driveway entrances, vertical profiles and redesign of pavement plans.
As discussed during our phone conversation the receipt of all information is
imperative to complete the section which Coppell has requested to expedite.
