TX 75206 · Tele: (214) 696-3433 · Fax: ('214~ 696-3499 MEETING NOTES Project: Date: Time: Place: Subject: Participants: Job No. 011889/013480 March 31,1998 2:00 P.M. City of Coppell - Director's Office Coppell Transition Plan Proposal Alberta Blair-Robinson - Dallas County DPW - Assistant Director Shannon Hebb - Project Manager - SvC Mark Goode - Office Manager - SvC Ken Griffin - City of Coppell - Director of DPW John Mears - Dallas County DPW- Project Engineer Ms. Blair-Robinson opened the meeting by stating that Mr. Griffin had submitted a request to Dallas County to provide the construction plans for a portion of the County's Sandy Lake Road Project which would include MacArthur Boulevard intersection. Mr. Griffin stated that Coppell was wanting to advertise the project for construction by the end of April 1998. He requested that the plans also include a new transition section east of Kimble Kourt. The plans should also include the sanitary sewer design, the signal design, and the lighting design throughout the section. Sverdrup submitted a letter on June 23, 1997, to Mr, Griffin requesting the necessary information to complete the sanitary sewer design but as of this meeting date, no response has been received. It was mentioned to Mr. Griffin that it was imperative to receive a response in order to define the scope of work and design parameters. Mr. Griffin also requested that the plans be submitted in AutoCADD which Sverdrup agreed to provide. Ms. Blair-Robinson pointed out that the request for the transition section includes additional work for Sverdrup. Mr. Griffin stated that he would not consider any additional costs for the additional work. The County and Mr. Griffin will discuss the issue later. Sverdrup will meet with the County and define the specific requirements of the construction package on April 1, 1998.
