Station 5+18.36 - The guard rail should be removed from
its existing location due to it being in direct conflict
with the sanitary sewer manhole.
2)
The 12" water line under the Denton Creek Bridge should
be insulated. However, the representatives with Carter
and Burgess have repeatedly stated that the line has been
installed properly and should sustain cold temperatures.
Therefore in leu of insulating the line, I feel that a
two (2) year maintenance bond covering that section of
the water line installation will suffice. It is also
necessary .for the project engineer to submit a letter
stating that the line has been properly installed and why
he feels that insulating the line is not necessary.
I expect each of these items to be corrected as stated above
prior to the final acceptance of this project.
