Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment list, along with a copy
of the development fee calculations for Gibbs Station Phase II.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $144,512.59 and
forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, along with a copy of the fee
assessment list. Please provide our office a copy of the Engineer's Estimate or contract for this
project so the construction inspection fee can be verified.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our offices. Copies of your receipts will help us
verify payment of the required fees and assure a successful beginning of this project.

50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer;

50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a
building permit is issued.
For those developments having preliminary plat approval after June
23, 1992 the following assessment is determined;
123 Residential Lots @ $350.00 ea = $43,050.00
Units (Multi-family) at $350.00 ea = $
50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer
prior to Council approval of final plat.
50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a
building permit is issued.
