right-of-way for MacArthur Boulevard across the Kimbrel property.
Would you please deliver the cashier's check to Mr. Jay Turner
at the Ticor office in the Meadowcreek office building before 2:00
p.m. tomorrow. Would you also sign the Closing Statement on behalf
of the City. Jay Turner will have the statement prepared for your
