Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment list, along with a copy of
the Development Fee calculations for Minvards ex~an.~ion at Free~ort ami Bethel.
As per Section 3 of the 1988 "Contract in Respect of Grant of Easements and Escrow Deposit"
between Minyards and the City of Coppell, a credit of $109,203.18 has been applied to the fee
assessments for the referenced project. A copy of the Engineer's estimate or contract for this
project will need to be provided to our department so the construction inspection fee can be verified
