The calculated construction cost for street construction and storm
drainage system on the above referenced project is $1,465,139.50,
based on the contract documents supplied by the engineering firm of
Carter and Burgess. The construction permit fee at 1.5% of
$1,465,139.50 would be $21,977.00.
The contract document construction time is based on 195 days from
the issuance of the letter to proceed. The approximate
construction inspection cost, for 195 days at an average of 3 hours
per day spent on the job site, would be estimated as listed below:
