The above referenced project calculated construction cost for
street construction and storm drainage is $1,465,139.50, based on
the contract documents supplied by the Engineering firm of Carter-
Burgess. The construction permit fee of 1.5% of $1,465,139.50
would be $21,977.00.
The construction time stipulated in the contract is 195 days from
issuance of the letter to proceed. Based on the 195 construction
day allowance, the construction inspection cost from September of
1990 to March 1991 would be approximately $11,000.00
